Featuring Louis Mofsie (Thunderbird American Indian Dancers) + Potri Ranka Manis (Kinding Sindaw).

The panel discussion will explore several discussion questions:

  • How are humans connected to land?
  • What is the role of this connection in our health and well-being?
  • Why do humans dance?
  • How do land-based dances strengthen our connection to land?

in·corpus will be in residency with American Indian Community House for September and October 2024. During the residency, in·corpus will work to establish a framework for researching the channels through which land-based dances amplify the human experience(s) of connection + well-being. This research will inform the ongoing evolution of in·corpus’ Signature Workshop.
