Call­ing all NYC-based artists and arts non­prof­its! Bring your tal­ents to Gov­er­nors Island through two dif­fer­ent open calls, released by Gov­er­nors Island Arts; applications for both open calls are due Monday, November 2, 2026.

1. Artists are invit­ed to apply to par­tic­i­pate in the 6^th Annu­al Gov­er­nors Island Arts Ice Sculp­ture Show, to be held Sat­ur­day, March 6, 2027. 2. Arts non­prof­it orga­ni­za­tions are invit­ed to apply for the sea­son­al Orga­ni­za­tions in Res­i­dence pro­gram. Select­ed appli­cants receive free indoor pro­gram­ming space in the Island’s his­toric hous­es, open to the pub­lic week­ends each year from May-Octo­ber. Click here to learn more and apply »
